We like to think we have a quiet confidence and a real-world view when it comes to customer requirements. For example, we won’t recommend development days if the solution will fit customer requirements straight out of the box, and will tell a customer if a solution isn’t right for them. In these cases, we can support the customer with a bespoke software development to fully satisfy any challenges.
Rather than shrouding the solution in IT complexities, knowledge sharing and giving customers their best people from the very start creates a confidence and trust creating solid relationships. These relationships often go on for many months giving our customers the peace of mind that their IT support is in the hands of a professional with a ‘can do’ attitude.

At Silversands we are extremely proud to have a very large percentage of our team that have been with us for more than 5 years and some a great deal more than that. Around 50% have been here more than 10 years.
