Organisations create and store large amounts of data in their Microsoft 365 environments, some of this may include sensitive information such as PII (Personally Identifiable Information), health information or other commercially sensitive data. One of the great benefits of Microsoft 365 is the ability to share and collaborate on data with persons both inside and outside of the organisation, but how do you ensure that sensitive information is not shared with inappropriate persons?
