Redefining Skills in the Age of Change
Over the last few months, a phenomenon has emerged, euphemistically called ‘the great resignation’. All over the world, employees are turning their backs on jobs and are looking for more meaning and value in their lives. They are ready for change, and they are looking at employers for more agency. Around 80% of people are changing or considering new careers, or moving or considering a move to a new job with more flexible working options. As a result, less than half are satisfied with their career prospects.
