We continue to monitor closely all developments regarding COVID-19 and to follow guidance from The UK Government and The National Health Service.
We are taking all appropriate steps to support the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers, partners and the wider community, and to underpin business continuity for all our customers and partners.
We have augmented our Business Continuity Plan and associated procedures, and as part of our phase of preparedness, we have taken additional precautions. These include provisions for all employees to work from home so we can maintain business as usual across all our business areas. Employees will make use of our existing remote and virtual meeting infrastructure to conduct internal and external meetings.
We are committed to ensuring minimum disruption to the operations and delivery of services. Our existing flexible and remote working policies and practices mean that we are already well placed to allow for sustained home working arrangements and business continuity, including restricted office access and re-allocating employees across the business should that be necessary. We continue to test these procedures actively as part of our BCP.
We appreciate the situation is changing rapidly and remain fully committed to supporting public health and maintaining our business operations to the highest standards including mitigating any disruption via alternative or updated plans where necessary.
We will provide further information as appropriate.
