What does this accelerator cover?

Through a number of short workshops, we will work with you to assess your current service management principles, gain executive sponsorship, develop an operational management model and shape an implementation plan to help you effectively manage and support your Microsoft 365 platform.

Step 1 - Discovery

  • A high-level review of your current service management methods and practices for your applications and services
  • Establish your organisation’s appetite and scope for effective management and control over Microsoft 365
  • Provide an executive overview of an Operational Management model to secure senior management support and agreement

Step 2 - Design

  • Agree a model for managing risks introduced by the use of Microsoft 365 that will be used to develop the initial activities of the operational management team
  • Develop a terms of reference for the operational management team, detailing their remit, authority, and the responsibilities and activities expected of them)
  • Create a six-month schedule to establish the team, the working partnerships and processes that will be required to introduce and maintain effective governance

Step 3 - Handover

  • With your designated lead, design, plan and deliver an inaugural meeting of the new team
  • Shadow one further meeting to support the lead and team in developing working practices
  • Define next steps
