Ensure your organisation is ready to help your staff  make the best use of Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365 is a broad suite of applications, which can enable high levels of collaboration and productivity. But how do your staff know what to use, how to use it and when? Of course, some of them may be able to help themselves but a large majority are likely to use the minimum level of functionality to get by, or worse still, become frustrated because they can’t do what they want to. The key to unlocking the value of your investment in Microsoft 365 is a user adoption process. This process covers a wide range of considerations, activities and tasks but the first requirement is for you to understand all the relevant aspects of your organisation, your users and your readiness to initiate a user adoption project.

Benefits
  • Identify activities to improve your adoption of Microsoft 365 and maximise the return on the costs of licences; and improve collaboration, communication, and productivity of your staff.
  • Develop an understanding of the commitment required to adoption for the duration of your subscription to Microsoft 365
  • Identify where Microsoft 365 can help and support deliver your business and service objectives.

The audit is delivered through several short workshops covering a number of disciplines.
