We are seeking a Lead Messaging Consultant to work within our strong and market leading consultancy team.

You will be responsible for technically heading up a successful Messaging competency area, providing regular insights into the Exchange roadmap and other related messaging products.  You will provide input into the company’s strategic direction for messaging and enhance relationships with Microsoft and other third parties to further strengthen the company’s portfolio.  You will mentor and assist in the development of consultants and engineers, primarily in the messaging arena.  You will have considerable input into way we deliver messaging services to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have prior Exchange consultant experience, outstanding customer facing and written skills, experience of presales, architecting enterprise messaging designs and must have technically lead large messaging implementation or migration projects. From a technical perspective, you must have strong and proven consultancy skills in Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2007, any exposure to Exchange 2010 will clearly be an advantage.
