In Partnership with Silversands, a Microsoft Gold Partner, BA Pensions were able to introduce better management and control of their electronic documents through the introduction of an integrated Document Imaging and Document Management solution.

BA Pensions has responsibility for providing Occupational pensions to most of the British Airways employees. Although there was an image and workflow system already in operation in parts of the company they concluded that a specialist document management and indexing system was required.
